Assalamualaikum!

How are you? Are you feeling well today? I hope you peoples doing ok! Well, there must be reasons for every question that I am asking. Hmm. Apa ni? ce citer,ce citer!! hehe. Bukan apa, dua hari kebelakangan ni, tiba-tiba rasa chest pain. Hmm, tiba-tiba jadi takot! Sumpah! Takot giler. Takot sakit jantung ke. Yelah, mana nak tahu, heart attack is a silent killer! Mak aih!. Tapi kalau nak di ikotkan maybe kemungkinan keturunan tu takde, tapi mana lah tahu kalau-kalau lifestyle aku ni turut mempengaruhi. Im asking Yam, kenapa eyh?. Then she says that maybe aku stress! It could be.

So, I start Google “STRESS” and I found this interesting web about stress. klik for more information about STRESS.

The web says that “Stress is a normal physical response to event that make you feel threatened or upset your balance in some way”. I don’t think it is the reasons for my stress.

Then, I found the common external causes of stress. One of the causes is WORK! Cehh! Tolonglah! Anda mana kerja lagi mana boleh dibebani dengan stress! Tipu.tipu. haha. Yes! Lately, I am so busy doing all the lab report. Lepas satu ke satu, tak pernah nak habis-habis. Itu belum ditambah lagi dengan test nyer, mak aih.. lagi lah, sampai waktu tidur pon kena catu! +____+

After this, tak boleh nak paksa-paksa da diri sendiri. Kalau rasa mampu buat, kalau tak kena tinggalkan. 0oh! I really need a healthy lifestyle!
